Q. Does my room rate include breakfast?
Yes, unless you have booked on a 'room only' basis. Your room rate will be quoted as Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast includes both the Continental buffet and Full English breakfast.

Q. I am arriving early, can I store my luggage?
Yes, we are happy to store luggage for anyone arriving early. If we know you are coming early we will endeavour to have your room ready as soon as possible.

Q. I want to book a function, what facilities do you offer?
Our Oaks Restaurant can set up to 60 guests, or for larger events we have our marquee. Please contact the hotel and arrange to meet with our events coordinator.

Q. I would like to stay again, do I have to give all my details again?
This is usually not necessary as our reservations system should recognise you from a previous stay. You will need to provide your credit card numbers.

Q. If I arrive early can I have Lunch?
Yes, you are welcome to use any of our facilities.

Q. What are your check in and out times?
Check-in is from 2pm and checkout is by 11am. If you are arriving late in the evening please inform the reservations staff.
