All our beef is reared locally from the Hereford Breed and is hand cut
by a local butcher. It’s hung for 3 weeks so that it can reach its
optimum taste and texture.
To highlight this the Chef has chosen 3 cuts of beef for you to choose
from, all priced individually and served with appropriate garnish and
sauce. Included in the price is a portion of cheese or a dessert from
our TDH menu to finish.
